It is with immense heartache that I share the passing of my sister, Dr. Diana Lynn Finley (Paretti). Diana was in a horrific car accident. She was a passenger in the car with her boyfriend, Frank. Frank died at the scene and Diana was taken to Jackson Memorial, Ryder Trauma Center in Miami, Florida. She died 5 days later on November 2, 2024.
Diana was born Englewood, New Jersey on August 26,1968 and grew up in Maywood, New Jersey. Diana graduated from Life University located in Georgia, in 2001 with a degree in Doctor of Chiropractic. After graduation Diana went to Santa Rosa, California to work at True North Health until 2003. Diana also became certified in fasting supervision with IAHP. In 2004 she moved to Miami, Florida where she took and passed the Florida Chiropractic Boards.
She leaves behind inconceivable sadness for her sister, Carrie Ann Paretti, and her adored nephews, Thomas and Joseph Paretti. She was Aunt DD to Mackenzie Lee Carroll and loving friend to Lisa and husband Christopher Carroll. Her "go to" friend and "ALWAYS there for her" friend Robert Jarvis. Roxy! Her true treasure, like a daughter, her faithful, loyal companion will be lost without her. No words can describe their bond. Lastly, she also leaves behind endless friends in Florida and New Jersey. She is predeceased by her Mother, Caralynn Shendok and Father, Thomas Paretti.
Diana became a "fruitarian" to heal herself. Then she began eating raw for life and vegan forever due to great love of animals and the planet. She created her own company "Human Miracles" to help guide and teach others a more natural way of healing.
Diana was all about Life, goodness and Love. Her love for all human kind ran deep and her love for family and friends knew no bounds. She trusted EVERYONE and was the purest person. She was an angel on earth! Now an angel for us all.
Diana had a great love of animals and their protection. She would appreciate anyone interested in keeping her passion alive by donating to PETA in her memory.
If you knew Dee, this passage best describes her....
I believe in the inherent goodness of people. I believe in the positive power of the universe. I am loving, kind, trusting and compassionate. I don't worry about other people being these things because I am all people and all people are me. My body is strong, vibrant and healthy. I enjoy every moment that I am alive, taking nothing for granted. I have the courage, strength and wisdom of 1,000 kings. I achieve my goals quickly or slowly but always in Gods time. Everything works out. It's most often not about me but about the other person. I take nothing personal. I don't judge. I often don't know the rhyme or reason for things, I was not meant to. I forgive quickly no matter what the circumstance. I remain free and soar through my life learning, teaching, loving, healing and embracing. Love surrounds me, flows within me and radiates out of me. Fly. High. Free. Bird!
