Hazel Morrison Phillips, a cherished Mother, Grandmother, Great-grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend, passed away surrounded by Love on Monday, February 17, 2025, in Tallahassee, FL. 

Hazel Morrison was born in Miami, Florida, on Saturday, July 31, 1954 to Isaiah John Phillips and Mildred Morrison. Her formative educational journey began in the Dade County Public school system and she was also reared in the word of God, which laid the foundation for a purpose driven life. She spent over a decade at Tower Paint Company in Miami, and prior to her retirement, she worked at geriatric healthcare facilities in both Miami and Tallahassee, FL. 

Her profound legacy is the Love she displayed for her family, grandchildren, great-grands & friends.  To many, Hazel was quiet, but to those who know her, knew the faithful side that emerged in moments of joy, laughter, and deep connection. Hazel Morrison happily lived life on her own terms and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
