LAMP, Stephen Bruce, 71, of Miami passed on March 11, 2020. Born and raised on the Miami River, Lamp was predeceased by his parents, local architect Vernon D. Lamp and Kathryn Elwell Lamp; wife Janet Washington; and younger brother Jon Douglas Lamp. A former marine electrician and lifelong resident of the Durham Park neighborhood, he is survived by his sister Cheryl Lamp Munch of Brooksville, Florida; nephew Michael Munch, also of Brooksville; and niece Jolene Munch Cardoza of Connecticut. He was a sports fisherman and maritime enthusiast who enjoyed spending time down on the Keys, where his father built a second home in Islamorada in his youth. A private memorial service will be held by family and friends.
